The Home Version of World Vegetarian is Now Available

Wow! In the past few days, Michelle made a kazillion dishes from WV and posted beautiful photos on her blog. She even made a veganized version of the Carrot Raita to go with the Red Lentils with Zucchini. Yum!

If this was a call-in show, Michelle would be caller number one. Or she'd be the guest brought in for special shows when I need reinforcements. I'm not yet sure what kind of call in show this would be.

I think I'd want to come on as a guest, but I'd be the guest that got your kitchen all messy and kept dropping stuff and you'd have to smile all sweetly for the camera and pretend you didn't notice. Or something else. I like the idea of providing reinforcements. I'd be adding more cumin to everything.

The strange thing is, I kind of imagined it as a radio program, which doesn't really make much sense for a cooking show without visuals. Guess who spends more time listening to radio and less time watching tv.

Hmm, do you listen to it in your car or at home? Cause when I drive (which is only in the summer when I've rented a car), I listen, but at home, I listen more to cds. Our receive got fried in our recent power outage which didn't help.

I think it would be fun as a radio program because we could be as messy as we wanted. And not worry about messing up our clothes (but then they wouldn't get to see my handmade apron! I could deal.)

"receiver" (oops)

All the time. Mostly at home since I try to spend little time in the car. Also, I have a radio that attaches on to my handlebars.

Dave did something to the TiVo so I can stream internet radio through it and hear it clearly on the stereo. Or, I just stream it through the computer if he's watching the tv.
